With less than 8 people in the program, you’ll have plenty of individual attention from me, opportunities for questions and sharing.

During this 3-Month Group Coaching Program, you’ll learn:

  • How to apply the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating, a non-diet approach, so you can eat to satisfaction.

  • How to tune into your body so you can recognize hunger, fullness, emotions and energetic states.

  • Tools that support you to be mindful around food and your emotions so you can make healthier choices. 

  • Ways to align with self-care practices that fit your preferences and schedule so doing them are welcomed and easy. 

  • What diet culture is so you can see how it’s impacted your own relationship with food. 

  • Mindful eating practices so you can tune into your body while eating.

  • How to notice your own diet mindset so you can break free and let it go.


Meeting Times and Cost:

There will be 9 90-minute group coaching calls over 3 months. Each call will be hosted on a private Zoom platform.

Here is the call schedule:

Tuesdays from 5pm-6:30pm EST, 3pm-4:30pm MST, 2pm-3:30pm PST

April 12th, 19th and 26th

May 10th, 17th, and 24th

June 7th, 14th, and 21rd

Format of each 90 minute group coaching call:

  • A grounding exercise to bring you into your body. 

  • Group sharing with a chance to share self-discovery, celebrations, challenges and questions. 

  • A lesson around a specific topic that you’ll have an opportunity to practice. 

  • A real-time practice so the lesson can feel more tangible. This may be a visualization, journaling or brainstorm. 

A private online forum on Mighty Networks to collaborate, ask questions, receive support and easily get access to recordings and assignments.

Values of this program:

This is NOT a “Get Healthy to Lose Weight”  group coaching program. Weight loss will not be a focus or a priority. 

This program will offer you a medley of knowledge and practices of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, yoga, mindfulness, compassionate living, and trauma-informed awareness and care. 

We will be following the Trust Your Body Framework, and engaging with the practices of body attunement, compassion, beliefs, alignment and mindfulness.
