Are you stuck in the Superwoman Trap?
You’re doing everything you think is right. You…
Move mountains to not disappoint others.
Work tirelessly to ensure you go above and beyond.
Prioritize your clients, team, and loved one’s needs ahead of your own.
Try to fix your body by losing weight or staying as slim as you can.
Where has trying to be a superwoman left you?
You feel stuck and frustrated. You feel like you’re on a gerbil wheel and can’t get off. Working harder isn’t helping. In fact, you often feel empty.
Sadly, you don’t know how to say no. You rarely acknowledge your accomplishments and often feel like a fraud. Your confidence comes from what others think and say about you. And you likely dislike your body and feel disconnected from it.
This is the superwoman trap.

Hi. I’m Tara Whitney.
Coach ~ Author ~ Speaker
I’m on a mission to guide high-achieving women like you reach next-level success on your terms, without striving to look and be perfect.
I spent over 25 years in corporate accounting trying to live up to the impossible standards of a wife, mother and leader that had it all. No matter how hard I worked, how little hours I slept, or how much I juggled, I never felt successful. Instead, I was plagued with self-doubt and feeling like I was letting everyone down.
Things changed when I stopped striving to achieve cultural standards of perfection and thinness. But more importantly, I stopped thinking and proving and I changed my relationship with myself and my body. I started living inside of my body and stopped judging it.
Now I know that women can never feel truly successful if they are trying to live up to someone else’s expectations and standards.
How I Can Help.
