A Space for Women Practicing Intuitive Eating and Body Neutrality
This 13 week program starts on wednesday, january 11th!
You’ll experience the power of community and knowing that you’re not alone, crazy or broken in your relationship with food and your body.
This is for you, if you:
Want to bring intuitive eating into your life. You may have just read the book or you may have been practicing for a few weeks or months.
Already have an intuitive eating practice and want consistent support and be in a regular conversation around the 10 principles.
Want to be connected with other women who have been on a similar journey to you.
Are comfortable offering space and compassion to others and are open to receiving space and compassion for yourself.
Intuitive eating and body neutrality can be really challenging to do on your own! It requires so much unlearning and awareness of diet culture and anti-fat bias. It also takes practice to let go of diet rules and restrictions so you can start to trust yourself around food.
The good news is that you don’t have to do this alone.
Community Circle offers you the power of community, support and gentle accountability.
What’s included:
7 One hour Community Calls on Wednesdays at 5pm EST.
These calls include a mindfulness exercise, opportunity for celebration, intuitive eating and body neutrality teaching and community sharing.

An email will be sent on the Monday before the call sharing the topic and some journal prompts.
6 15 minute Community Check-Ins on Mondays at 12pm EST.
These calls include a mindfulness practice and and intention setting for the week and are held on alternating weeks to the Community Calls.

Calls and Check-Ins will be recorded and available 24 hours later.
The cost:
3 payments of $150. Total cost is $450. Payments will be made via a PayPal subscription.
