Are we a fit? 

You’re self-made and have overcome some challenging obstacles in your life. 

Your relationship with food and your body is that last piece, the one you haven’t figured out yet. 

You’ve done your share of the inner work, and even if you’re not meditating daily, you’re open to bringing in new practices into your life. 

You don't just want weight loss. 

There are hundreds of thousands of coaches and businesses you can hire to try to help you with weight loss. You've hired them. You've spent the money and the time. 

If you JUST want to lose weight, I'm NOT your coach. Your weight loss will not be our priority or focus. 

You want and are open to a new non-diet approach with food. 

You aren’t in the early stages of eating disorder recovery. 

You have the time and energy to practice this new approach.

You’re willing to work together for a minimum of 3 months. 

I live on the East Coast in the United States. I'm mostly available between 11am- 6pm EST on weekdays. I don’t see clients on Fridays. 

You can carve out at least an hour each week for new practices, journaling and mindfulness.
